MANILA, Philippines—The Sandiganbayan Third Division on Monday deferred the arraignment of former senator Ramon Revilla Jr. on the malversation through falsification case filed against him and six others in connection with an alleged ghost project in Pandi, Bulacan.The arraignment on Monday of Revilla and Juanito Mendoza was moved to Feb. 16, 2026 because of pending motions.
