San Rafael set to reopen historic downtown library

The 116-year-old public library in downtown San Rafael is poised to reopen after a $3 million renovation project. Staff members are settling back in the building at 1100 E St. and preparing to move thousands of books there. The reopening is set for Aug. 4.
