SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (KION-TV) -- San Rafael Police and Fire crews helped rescue a sea lion wandering around Point San Pedro Road in San Rafael on Saturday. (KRON) -- A young California sea lion that was found wandering in a San Rafael roadway was rescued Saturday with help from police and fire departments. The San Rafael Police Department began getting calls on Saturday morning about the juvenile sea lion that was on Point San Pedro Road near Bayside Park.
