San Gabriel police believe a driver was pointing a weapon at officers because of the position of his hands before two officers fatally shot him after a chase that ended in Rosemead last summer, according to video released by police Monday, May 12. The man, 50-year-old Pedro Meza of Rosemead, turned out to be unarmed.
