'Shell-shocked': Samaritan Health considering closing 2 rural birth centers

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Samaritan Health Systems is considering shutting down two rural Oregon birth centers, according to staff.  A spokesperson for the health system said no votes to close the centers have been scheduled.
