Salling Group, the Danish retailer that operates the Rimi retail chain in the Baltics, is acquiring Scandinavian e-commerce company Proshop for an undisclosed amount. The deal strengthens the group's e-commerce, technology and logistics competencies and positions in electronics, games, household goods and other consumer goods categories.
