A 12-person jury on Wednesday unanimously found Jose C. Aguilera-Frias guilty of second-degree murder for intentionally running over and killing the boyfriend of his estranged wife in East Lancaster in December 2020. Hermilo Mata Jr., 63, died in the collision on Dec. 22, 2020. His killer was not arrested until a year later.
