The AT has already advanced with the settlement of taxes, in a potential amount of 335 million, with Finance to ensure that the process does not expire and to admit coercive collection.
The Ministry of Finance confirmed that the Tax Authority has already notified the companies involved in the sale of the dams in 2020 to pay the missing taxes. The Government ensures that there is no risk of expiry and will advance to the coercive collection if the securities are not settled
