CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) —  A woman has been charged with financial exploitation of a 99 year old woman. Police say 66 year old Glenda Stoudemire charged over 11-thousand dollars on the credit card of the victim. Stoudemire told police that the woman gave her the card to pay for gas and a car repair. But they found charges on it to several department stores and Amazon. Stoudemire had been making the minimal payments on the debt but wasn’t close…
