On 13 March, the gendarmes checked the driver of a Renault Trafic vehicle which tends to zigzaguer on the road, in Saint-Maur (Oise), north of Beauvais. The man, Yamin Temagoult, 55, stopped. The soldiers noticed that the utility was loaded with tobacco-containing cartons. The driver explained that he went to Luxembourg and that, while he was eating, the tobacco was loaded before he returned to the road.
