Avant Homes sells 90 affordable homes to Sage Homes in £18m deal

Avant Homes has sold 90 affordable homes at its Welby Grange site near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, to Sage Homes for £18m.  The scheme has two-bedroom and three-bedroom semi-detached houses, as well as four-bedroom detached homes.  The first homes were finished in June, and the rest are due by March 2026.  All will have Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings of B or above.
