S&M Dairy seeks to expand feedlot

BRAINERD — The Crow Wing County Board noted S&M Dairy wants to expand its feed lot with a capacity of 500 animals or more. The county, on Tuesday, March 10, noted it delegated the administration of feedlots to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency but still plays a role in the permitting process by noting the application at the board meeting and in its minutes.
