Crypto.com Launches the Future of Trading with Tokenized Stocks

The product offers exposure to 1,500 U.S. stocks and funds, with fractional investing from $1 and zero-commission trading for a limited period, Crypto.com said.

  • On Wednesday, August 12, 2026, Crypto.com launched Tokenized Stocks across the European Economic Area, offering eligible users 24/7 access to 1,500 US equities and exchange-traded funds from as little as US$1 via the Crypto.com App.
  • Foris Capital CY Limited, regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under license 344/17, provides these services to EEA users under the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law 87/2017.
  • Crypto.com utilizes infrastructure from Alpaca, which supports more than 90 per cent of the tokenized US stocks and ETF market, while Tokenized Stocks remain derivative instruments that track underlying asset prices without conferring ownership.
  • Kris Marszalek, Co-Founder and CEO of Crypto.com, said the product offers "a simple, 24/7 solution to a historically complex trading experience" by modernizing traditional equities through blockchain technology.
  • While Crypto.com offers zero-commission trading for a limited introductory period, the company cautioned that Tokenized Stocks involve market and counterparty risks, with investors potentially losing part or all invested capital.
