Ralston Residents Beat the Heat at Early Independence Day Celebration

RUTLEDGE, JUL 4 – Rutledge's Fourth of July includes a parade, live music by Michael Jay Hughes, free food, and a fireworks show at dark, supported by local citizens and businesses.
