Russia’s bombing campaign is killing record numbers of Ukrainian civilians

UKRAINE, JUL 14 – The European Court of Human Rights found Russia responsible for grave breaches including torture, unlawful detentions, and attacks causing over 42,000 civilian casualties since 2014.
