As reported by the Police Department, on July 28, the Kaišiadorys District Police Department received a report from a woman (born in 1946) that on July 23, while she was at home in Kaišiadorys, an unknown person (speaking in Russian) called her and, introducing himself as a police officer, fraudulently defrauded her of 4,500 euros. The woman gave the money to the unknown man who arrived.
