- In the Belgorod region, authorities said a drone crash wounded three people, including a man with shrapnel wounds and his wife with burns, while debris caused an oil spill and fire at a Volgograd refinery.
- Subsequently, authorities declared a local state of emergency and Rostov Mayor Aleksandr Skryabin said residents were evacuated to a nearby school's temporary accommodation center.
