The Venezuelan army fired two shots from the old Russian batteries against American troops during the capture operation of Nicolas Maduro, but failed in his mission because of the lack of military personnel preparation, supported the Russian ambassador in Venezuela, Sergei Melik-Bagdasarov, quoted by the EEE.
Kremlin's spokesman, Dimitri Peskov, says that the Venezuelan Government has also given priority "to continue to develop mutually beneficial relations with Russia".
The ambassador in Caracas criticizes the army's lack of training and is responsible for not being able to prevent the capture of the dictator today.
