The Supreme Administrative Court has rejected the cassation appeal of the Russian Foreign Assets Management Company due to the freezing of more than 60 properties in the Czech Republic. The company is not allowed to dispose of the properties. The reason is that it was included on the sanctions list after the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
