VINNYTSIA, UKRAINE, JUL 16 – Russian forces deliberately targeted the Polish-owned Barlinek factory, injuring eight workers including two severely burned, amid a large drone assault on Ukraine, officials said.
- On July 15, Russian forces launched a drone strike on the Barlinek Group factory in Vinnytsia, causing serious damage.
- In a massive assault, Russia used 400 UAVs and an Iskander-M missile across Ukraine, striking Kryvyi Rih, Kharkiv and Vinnytsia.
- Vinnytsia authorities reported eight injuries, including two workers with severe burns, and the plant manager said the attack came from three directions.
- In Warsaw, the foreign ministry declared `Putin's criminal war is approaching our borders`, and the foreign ministry said the attack was clearly deliberate.
