The Russian Foreign Ministry said it would not recognize the Special Tribunal for the crime of Russia's aggression against Ukraine and warned third countries against joining it.

After more than three years of war between Russia and Ukraine, a decision has finally been made to establish an international tribunal. Among those targeted are Vladimir Putin, Alexander Lukashenko and Kim Jong-un. However, the road to bringing the criminals to justice is very long.
