A Russian drone hit a passenger train in Ukraine near the Polish border. But the actual destination could have been another train.
A Russian drone hit a train locomotive parked at the station on Sunday, at the same time as Western diplomats and former leaders were at the station.
Ukraine's state railway operator said senior Western figures were at a train station in western Ukraine shortly before Russia attacked a train bound for Warsaw there. They were heading back to Poland after attending a security conference.
Thanks to the timely detection of the threat by the Ukrzalisi monitoring team and the evacuation of passengers, none of the victims.
No casualties have been reported from the train crash.
