Rural school district leaders address the challenges of replacing aging facilities

WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA — Worries about 70-year-old boilers sputtering out during a January cold snap are over in the MACCRAY School District. Three years ago, the district moved into its new central campus facilities thanks to a successful appeal to voters, who approved the necessary bonding in a 2019 referendum.
