The U.S. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, today highlighted the responsibility of the Juarez Cartel in the massacre that took place on November 4, 2019 in Bavispe, Sonora, in which nine U.S. citizens, three adults and six children, were killed by “La Línea” hitmen, the ruling faction of the Juarez Cartel.
