Royal Mail reveals Christmas stamp designs for this year

The 2025 Christmas stamp set includes five Nativity scenes designed by Paula Doherty and developed with Christian arts experts from King's College London and Oxford.

  • This year Royal Mail revealed its Christmas 2025 stamps featuring Nativity scenes, a five-stamp collection designed by award-winning illustrator Paula Doherty.
  • With academic input from Professor Ben Quash and Professor Andrew Davison, Royal Mail collaborated on the Nativity stamps during this year's festive season, the first since the £1.70 stamp price earlier this year.
  • Designed scenes include five Nativity moments, with Mary and the Baby Jesus on 1st Class and the Large Letter Three Wise Men priced at £3.40.
  • The launch puts the stamps on sale via Post Office branches, royalmail.com, and the Royal Mail app, and David Gold, Director of External Affairs and Policy at Royal Mail, said seasonal preparations can begin.
  • Collectors can order presentation packs and first day covers featuring all five designs, and Paula Doherty said she feels "so delighted" her designs will be on envelopes worldwide this Christmas.
