Royal council discusses nuisance property concerns, solutions

Royal City Council members spent much of their meeting on May 14 discussing how to enforce ordinances related to nuisance properties, dead or unsafe trees, and junk vehicles. A recent survey indicated 10-12 properties in town had not been mowed.
