RUGBY'S Lauren Henry made a strong start to the World Rowing Cup heats representing Great Britain. Henry comfortably won her heat in the women's single sculls event in Varese, Italy. The Rugby rower claimed victory in 7 minutes 20.53 seconds ahead of Belgium and Brazil. She races in the semi-final of the competition tomorrow and posted the fastest time of any rower in the heats.
