The former railway depot in Nova Gorica, which was converted into the exhibition, event and catering space Epic Center last year, is now hosting the communication and sales point of the European Capital of Culture (ECC). A café will open in the building at the end of August, and a permanent exhibition on the history of the border is expected to open there in the fall.
