Rossville man charged after dog left tied up outside East Ridge Animal Shelter

EAST RIDGE, TENNESSEE, JUL 17 – Bryan Gardenhire left the dog tied outside an animal shelter for 7 hours without food or water after agreeing to take custody through Facebook, authorities said.
