Roseville, Sterling Heights adopt moratoriums to give cities time to study new facilities

They say too much of anything is a good thing and that’s why Roseville has hit the pause button on car washes and gas stations. The Roseville City Council earlier this month voted to implement a 180-day moratorium on any new car washes and service stations.
