June 1, 2026 9:50 a.m. Roseburg Police and deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man following an elude incident early Saturday morning. An RPD report said at 12:50 a.m. officers attempted to stop a motorcycle for traffic violations in the 1100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, and the driver eluded.
