March 30, 2026 10:00 a.m.  Roseburg Police jailed a woman for the alleged theft of solar powered lights on Friday. An RPD report said the 49-year-old allegedly took the items and a decoration from the front yard of a home in the 2000 block of Northeast Airport Road.
