ROSEBURG POLICE CITE MAN FOR PROHIBITED CAMPING

March 12, 2026 10:50 a.m.  Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Thursday morning. An RPD report said just after 2:00 a.m. officers located a large camp on the gravel road between Northeast Casper Street and Northeast Fulton Street. A 24-year-old was found inside the camp and was given the citation before being released on scene.
