June 1, 2026 10:00 a.m. Roseburg Police charged a woman with a felony count of strangulation early Sunday morning. An RPD report said at approximately 2:45 a.m. officers contacted the suspect and a victim at a residence in the 1100 block of Northeast Crescent Street.
