Roof, doors cut off to free trapped driver after work truck crashes down embankment

PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP, PENNSYLVANIA, JUL 9 – Rescue crews used multiple hydraulic tools and cut the roof, doors, and steering wheel to free the driver trapped for 31 minutes after the crash, fire officials said.
