The Gulf Coast County School Board has a new member who’s replacing a former Chair who stepped down at the beginning of this year. Gov. Ron DeSantis announced this month that he has appointed William “Chad” Bailey to fill the open seat on the school board of the Panhandle county which is home to Port St. Joe just east of Panama City.
