Former Guatemalan Mayor Pleads Guilty in U.S. Federal Cocaine Trafficking Case

A former Guatemalan mayor, Romeo Ramos Cruz, 58, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to import more than five kilograms of cocaine into the United States.
