Wendy Michele Weaver, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said that while intoxicated, she became loud and boisterous toward a 33 year-old man. Reports stated that Weaver disturbed the neighborhood on East Drive around midnight on Friday. Weaver is charged with public drunk. Source
