Rome Man Stalks Woman, Child, Breaks into Home, Steals Belongings

Miguel Angel Bogarin, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was accused of forcibly breaking down a door and burglarizing a home on Avenue B. Reports state that the resident, a 33-year-old woman, had previously taken out a protection order against Bogarin. During the incident, Bogarin is accused of taking the victim’s wallet, credit card and keys before fleeing the scene. Source
