Rockford man accused of sexual abuse, domestic violence

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Adonis Smith, 42, for sexually abusing a woman, along with another charge. Officers were called to the 4100 block of Auburn Street for reports of domestic violence.
