Cedar Rapids woman faces OWI and drug charges after Sunday incident

Hunter 07/01/25 A Cedar Rapids woman faces OWI and drug charges after an incident in Swisher Sunday night. Deputies were on the 100 block of Howard Street just after 11pm investigating a call for service when 27-year-old Leann Hurley of D Avenue NE arrived on the scene in a 2014 Ford Focus.
