ROCHESTER — The Rochester Select Board has voted to have two separate ballots for the Nov. 18 special election over the Old Colony proposal. Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School has proposed a $288 million project to build a new high school. On Monday, Oct. 6, the Rochester Select Board accepted two different ballots that will be used to ask voters if they want the Old Colony proposal and how they will pay for it.
