ROCHESTER — A Rochester man is in custody after a standoff with police Tuesday afternoon. Nathan Michael Noser, 29, was taken into custody in the 900 block of 17 1/2 St. SE at about 5:40 p.m. June 2 — more than an hour after police first made contact with him, per court documents.
