The series between Rocher Mistral and his opponents continues. The Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence has just rendered its decision concerning the sanctions imposed on the owner of the historic theme park, accused of several violations of the urban and environmental code. The sentences are heavier than those decided in the first instance.
The Rocher Mistral, a Provencal castle transformed into a amusement park, was sentenced on Wednesday by the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence to demolish most of the developments carried out on the site without the necessary permissions.
The Court of Appeal issued its decision in this case concerning work carried out in the theme park. Rocher Mistral and its owner are sentenced to 50,000 and 5,000 euros fine. The court also requires rehabilitation within 12 months.
