A number of 250 students have been trained by technology and have tried engineering in the "FIRST Tech Challenge" campaign. The participants have built and programmed capable robots to sort out and promote many. Organized in teams, teenagers have not only designed robots, but also managed bugs, searched sponsors and shared responsibilities, just as in a startup.
