The schedule of the program places the beginning of the deliveries in 2026, although the Minister of Defense has commented that the first units will arrive in 2028 in Albacete. Asked about the arrival of the new fighter planes, Robles has replied that "we would be in 2028 or 2029, Airbus is working and here too people are already preparing for that program (...) The first Tranche 4 plane will arrive here at Ala 14 in Albacete".
