Highway 20 is seeing some road work in Dubuque County. The Iowa DOT says it’s an asphalt resurfacing project in the eastbound lanes of 20 from Farley to Swiss Valley Road east of Peosta. Traffic has been reduced to one lane through that area. Resident Construction Engineer Hugh Holak says asphalt should be finished this week – and they’ll have durable pavement marking and rumble strips. The project is expected to wrap up by Memorial Day.
