EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) —  Construction is set to begin for the City of Edinburg's new downtown parking garage. The City of Edinburg is reminding its residents to schedule alternate routes due to the upcoming road closures for the construction of its new parking garage at McIntyre St. & N. Closner Blvd..
