Roa Senteneced on Possession Charges
Amadeo Roa of Lake Mills was granted a deferred judgment for “Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1st Offense, Marijuana,” a serious misdemeanor, stemming from a traffic stop by the Iowa State Patrol on May 8, 2025. Roa will be under supervision to the Department of Correctional Services for a period of one year and must obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete all recommended treatment.
