'UFC Freedom 250' on Paramount+ Draws 7 Million Viewers in US
Paramount said the White House card drew 17 million total viewers, making it the streamer’s biggest exclusive live event to date.
Paramount announced Thursday that UFC Freedom 250, hosted at the White House on Sunday, reached 17 million total viewers across the United States and Latin America on Paramount+.
On June 14, President Donald Trump hosted the mixed martial arts event on the South Lawn to celebrate his 80th birthday and the United States' 250th anniversary.
The seven-bout card averaged 8.2 million viewers, becoming the largest exclusive live event audience in Paramount+ history, according to company data.
Although UFC CEO Dana White predicted 'Super Bowl-type numbers,' the event fell short of the 125.6 million viewers who watched Super Bowl LX in February.
Paramount indicated global viewership figures for the event will be released next week, expanding on the data currently available for North and South American markets.
